Bay Area seafood restaurant Pacific Catch is coming soon to Orange County. The brand recently debuted their first Southern California location in La Jolla and will be opening another at The Market Place in Tustin, according to a Sign Permit Application found in city public records.
Pacific Catch was founded in 2003 by Aaron Noveshen and Keith Cox. Exposed to an array of diverse cultures and cuisine while traveling the Pacific, the entrepreneurs were inspired to create a casual restaurant with a commitment to using sustainably-sourced seafood, according to their website.
After establishing the first Pacific Catch in San Francisco, a dozen more locations followed throughout the Bay Area. The menu takes customers on a flavorful journey through grain bowls, salads, hearty plates and handhelds that are made with wild-caught or sustainably-raised seafood.
An opening date for the upcoming Tustin location has not been announced. For more information, visit pacificcatch.com.
