Pacific Catch, a West Coast fish house known for its sustainable seafood practices and yummy dishes, is set to open a new location in Mission Viejo. It will be coming to the mall, located at 555 Shops at Mission Viejo, as part of a massive development project there, according to the OC Register.
The Shops is a 1.2-million-square-foot retail center owned by Simon Property Group. It’s currently undergoing a $500 million redevelopment, with several new businesses announced to be coming, like North Italia, Arhaus, Free People, UNIQLO, Iron King Mongolian BBQ, Jamba Juice, and Baby Hop Playground.
Pacific Catch was co-founded by Keith Cox and Aaron Noveshen in 2003. This is part of the expansion efforts in OC that the brand announced and What Now OC covered. There are currently over a dozen stores in the Bay Area, San Diego, and Los Angeles.
The restaurant offers Pacific Rim-inspired dishes that come from sustainably sourced seafood. Its menu lists items such as Asian herb chimichurri, grilled pineapple salsa, Thai green curry, grains and greens bowls, Hawaiian poke, and sushi tacos.
