Nestled in the scenic hills of Temecula Valley, Pamec Winery is set to be one of the area’s nicest new options in wine country. There are big plans for development at the 35767 Vía Las Ramblas property, the company’s owner tells What Now OC.

“We are currently waiting for the grading approval and approval for the building plans of Phase 1. This is a 3-phased project. We plan to open Phase 1 in May 2025, Phase 2 in October 2025, and Phase 3 in May 2026,” said CEO Pablo Kevin Brahim.

Plans show there will be a 12,000-square-foot production facility, a 15,000-square-foot tasting room, and eight 800-square-foot casitas onsite for overnight guests. Private events and weddings can be held after hours or on off days, with a maximum guest occupancy of 120.

Once open, the the business will host a launch party, exclusive to members of its wine club. Currently, Pamec Winery creations can be found in local spots like Haven Haus Cafe, Quail Wine Bar, and Salud Lounge.
