Q Terrace, a high-end restaurant and cocktail bar brand from Ukraine, is preparing to open its first U.S. location at 680 S Coast Hwy in Laguna Beach. According to the brand’s website, it’s preparing to welcome guests soon at the upscale beachside property.

Its counterpart in Kyiv offers a trendy atmosphere driven by culinary delights, a chic cocktail setting, and live music performances. Created by hospitality operator Roman Shapenko, he is teaming up with Volodymyr Shapenko and Saida Sehmi to bring it to sunny Southern California.

“We can’t wait. Our team is on a mission to bring the best quality and create a space where you can experience the beauty of OC sunshine and have fun!” a post from the restaurant teases.

The Laguna Q Terrace will feature modern European dishes, a spokesperson for the project told What Now OC. A lease was finalized in February, and the owners are awaiting a few city approvals for minor cosmetic improvements before moving forward with planning opening details. They hope to open during early summer, in time for patrons to enjoy the 11,000-square-foot space and rooftop bar.
