Wagyu Factory is preparing to open a new location in Rancho Cucamonga, adding to the rapidly growing portfolio of Chubby Group’s innovative dining concepts. The business announced last month on Instagram that it’s coming to the IE city and will be located at 10890 Foothill Blvd.

It’s the latest opening news for the newly debuted brand, which is rapidly rolling out the concept across SoCal. Its first two restaurants just opened in Lake Forest and Tustin, and another pending location is in progress in downtown Brea, which What Now OC just covered.

When asked for an update on the Rancho Cucamonga site, a company representative told the publication it is “still in the works and hasn’t been confirmed yet.” However, the brand’s Instagram lists it as “coming soon”.

Wagyu Factory is a premium all-you-can-eat experience that blends authentic Japanese A5 Wagyu, Australian Wagyu, and American Wagyu with a unique 3-in-1 cooking station. It’s a Korean BBQ and Japanese fusion that combines hot pot, grill pan, and a conveyor-style grilling belt all at the table, allowing guests to make their meals their way.

The eatery’s proprietor, Chubby Group, is a global, multi-brand F&B company that serves the U.S., China, and Japan. With 35 diverse restaurant concepts, including acclaimed brands such as The X Pot, Chubby Cattle BBQ, NIKU X, and MIKIYA Shabu, the hospitality firm is a rising star in today’s Asian cuisine scene.
