A new neighborhood destination blending cocktails and curated goods is coming to South Orange County. Bardega, a hybrid retro bar and market, is set to open in Laguna Hills at 24781 Alicia Parkway, Suite A, according to 926 OC.

“Bardega is on track for opening in late summer 2025 with construction currently underway,” a spokesperson for the brand told What Now OC. A liquor license is pending.

The concept will be taking over the former home of Stefano’s Golden Baked Hams. It will offer a selection of full ABV, low ABV, and no ABV cocktails in an intimate bar setting, alongside a bodega-style market with snacks and local goods.

Posts from the company explain that the venture is backed by Matt Sharp and Cory Danger. Sharp owns bar consultancy firm Lifted Spiritz and is a partner in other restaurants like Bosscat Kitchen and Ten Sushi + Cocktail Bar. Danger is a small business owner who has run Golden Crown Barber Shop for over a decade.
