Round1 Arcade is preparing for players at The Shops at Mission Viejo, where it will open a new location. The entertainment facility is moving in at the 555 The Shops Blvd. mall, city records show.

Plans were filed with the Orange County Health Care Agency’s Environmental Health Division in late December for a construction project. The facility will be between 2,000 and 5,999 square feet, data shows.

Round1 Arcade offers an extensive array of activities for patrons, from classic arcade games to billiards, karaoke, ping pong, darts, VR gaming, and more. The venue has a family-friendly menu of pizza, chicken tenders, nachos, wings, sandwiches, and more, as well as draft beer, wine, and cocktails.

This location will be adjacent to Old Navy on the lower level of The Shops, under P.F. Chang’s China Bistro. The other nearby locations of Round1 Arcade in SoCal are Santa Ana, Temecula, and Moreno Valley.
