Sauced BBQ and Spirits, a California-born chain, will open another Orange County restaurant, according to liquor licensing data. The business put in an application for a property at 13122 Jamboree Rd. in Irvine.

This Irvine spot is right on the border of Tustin, in The Market Place center. The eatery will be near a number of other popular food options, including BJ’S Restaurant & Brewhouse, Cha Cha’s Latin Kitchen, Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar, and Baja Fresh.

The company has locations in El Segundo, Livermore, Orange, Sacramento, San Jose, and Walnut Creek. Its focus is authentic, slow-cooked southern BBQ and sides: brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken, ribs, and more.

As the name promises, Sauced BBQ and Spirits also has a great alcohol selection. The brand’s Southern Sippers include hurricanes, boozy peach tea, margaritas, whiskey cocktails, mules, beers, and more.
