Seal Beach Fish Co promises to be a seafood destination. Owner Evan Kruger has filed for an alcohol license to open at 1025 E Pacific Coast Hwy.

Kruger told What Now Orange County that the mission at Seal Beach Fish Co is to create “a channel for people in Seal Beach and the surrounding area to have access to premium quality, highly sustainable, locally caught fresh fish.” That means fish that’s line caught by independent fisherman on the west coast, treated with integrity, and served in a setting that’s meant to connect diners to their local food systems.

While Kruger wasn’t able to share more specifics about the menu at this time, he was able to confirm that the project will feature beer and wine, as well as, “an authentic take home food experience that sparks conversations about food and fish transparency.”

Located right on PCH, Seal Beach Fish Co will fittingly not be far from the water–the restaurant will be conveniently located just a few blocks from Seal Beach Pier.
