Fast-growing Mediterranean fast-casual chain Luna Grill is set to open a new location in Riverside at the Park Sierra Shopping Center next year, it has been confirmed. According to brokerage firm Newmark, the upcoming unit’s address will be 10920 Magnolia Ave.
A 1,500-square-foot second-generation space is currently under construction, Chief Marketing Officer Billy Grenham told What Now OC.
It was formerly home to Burger IM and will be the latest F&B business to join the center. Blaze Pizza, California Fish Grill, Subway, and ShareTea are also tenants at the property.
The location is part of a planned wave of openings in Southern California in 2026, including Corona, San Clemente, and Pico Rivera. The brand will also grow in Texas and Arizona as well, part of what Grenham calls “aggressive growth plans for next year”.
A San Diego-based brand, Luna Grill was founded in 2004 and has grown to 55 units in operation. The health-conscious Mediterranean concept emphasizes fresh, non-GMO ingredients, responsibly raised meats, and made-to-order meals.
