Starbucks is set to open a new drive-thru location in Yucaipa, city records show. The coffee giant will be joining other retailers at 32460 Oak Glen Road in the Yucaipa Gateway plaza.

This development received final approval from the city on January 17. Alongside the Starbucks, there is also a restaurant going into a 2,500-square-foot space. There will be 63 parking spaces and two electric vehicle (EV) chargers on site.

The new Starbucks will be in a 1,350-square-foot space and will operate from 6 AM to 11 PM. This new store will be the fifth Starbucks in Yucaipa, located in the western part of town.

Starbucks is the world’s largest coffeehouse chain, transforming coffee culture since its founding in 1971 in Seattle. The brand operates a mix of company-owned and licensed stores, with over 35,000 locations worldwide as of this year.
