Tacos Sin Frontera (Tacos Without Borders) — a new concept helmed by Lamson Nguyen of Kaizen Shabu and his long-time chef Francisco Ventura — will open at 310 E 4th St, Santa Ana, CA 92701, according to Nguyen.

Of the incoming eatery, Nguyen tells WNOC, “[Ventura and I] have been involved with the Santa Ana community for nearly ten years. When the space became available, we had to jump on this opportunity to present [more] to the downtown [area].”

Nguyen’s other operation, Kaizen Shabu, is a one-minute drive from the incoming Tacos Sin Frontera and offers a delicious and fresh array of meats, broths, sauces, and small & big bites that see cultural flavors seamlessly coming together — Japanese and Sinaloan — for a bright and piquant experience.
