Urbane Cafe is opening a new location in Westminster soon, leasing records from Kimco Realty show. The California café chain is working on remodeling the property at 16300 Beach Blvd, Suite A, to make way for a new fast-casual dining option.

The café will occupy a 1,694-square-foot space at Pavilions Place. Records from the Orange County Health Care Agency show the business was given the green light to move forward with construction after several rounds of plan revisions.

This location will join the growing roster of Urbane Cafe outlets across the state. Its impressive footprint covers much of San Luis Obispo, Ventura, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Orange counties, as well as some of the Inland Empire and Bakersfield.

Known for its made-from-scratch sandwiches, salads, and bowls, Urbane Cafe is recognized for its commitment to fresh, local ingredients and house-made preparations. Founder Tom Holt started the venture after recognizing a gap in the local market for high-quality QSR food.
