An acclaimed Chifa-style restaurant blending Chinese and Peruvian flavors is coming to South Orange County. Vox Kitchen, which has locations in Fountain Valley and Costa Mesa, will open in Aliso Viejo at 26511 Aliso Creek Rd, according to Aliso.Viejo.Living.
The Aliso Viejo expansion marks Vox Kitchen’s third outpost, with the announcement closely following the opening of its second in April. That location, at the high-end shopping center South Coast Plaza, was reported on by What Now OC last year. The new Aliso Viejo location will be part of the 25-acre Commons at Aliso Viejo Town Center, a recently redeveloped commercial hub.
Founded in 2017 by Executive Chef Viet Nguyen, Vox Kitchen gained popularity for its bold fusion dishes and inviting ambiance. Its rotating menu features items like garlic noodles, shaken fries, five-spice pork belly, and crispy tofu, all served in a shared-plate format.
The restaurant group behind Vox Kitchen, Kei Concepts, is one of Orange County’s fastest-growing hospitality companies as of late. It is also responsible for popular brands like Súp Noodle Bar, Gem Dining, Nep Café, Kin Izakaya, INI Ristorante, and ROL Hand Roll Bar.
