VOX Kitchen, a modern Pan-Asian restaurant specializing in Chifa-inspired cuisine, is set to open a new location in Aliso Viejo at 26511 Aliso Creek Road.
The company’s third location will replace Panini Kabob Grill within The Commons shopping center, according to a liquor license application. While an exact opening date has not been announced, tenant improvements are pending. Customers can expect VOX Kitchen’s fusion menu, which blends traditional Peruvian and Chinese flavors with contemporary techniques.
VOX Kitchen was founded as part of Kei Concepts’ restaurant group, which has built a network of Pan-Asian and fusion concepts across Southern California. The brand is known for integrating bold flavors, creative cocktails, and an approachable modern dining experience. Its first two locations are in Fountain Valley and Costa Mesa.
The Aliso Viejo location will join a variety of tenants in The Commons, including 99 Ranch Market, Marugame Udon, Paris Baguette, and CoCo ICHIBANYA Curry House. The center has undergone redevelopment in recent years, including façade modifications and new development agreements to accommodate diverse retail and dining offerings.
VOX Kitchen’s menu features a variety of dishes inspired by the Chifa culinary movement, including Picanha Saltado, Chifa fried rice, garlic butter prawns, and Peruvian chopped salad. The restaurant also offers a selection of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages, alongside desserts such as Mangonada and caramel crunch sundaes.
Since its founding, VOX Kitchen has been recognized for cultural fusion and modern Pan-Asian cuisine. The Aliso Viejo opening will mark the brand’s first location in Orange County outside of its current footprint, expanding its reach to a new community within The Commons.
