Local eatery Vox Kitchen is embarking on a new chapter with the announcement of a second location coming to South Coast Plaza. The 3333 Bristol Street location at the Costa Mesa mall is slated to open in late 2024, OC Foodies reports.

Vox Kitchen was started in 2017 by Founder and Executive Chef Viet Nguyen. It is a Chifa-style restaurant, mixing Peruvian and pan-Asian flavors and featuring a mouthwatering menu of small plates, fries, house noodles, soups, rice, and beverages.

The original location is in Fountain Valley’s culinary hub of Little Saigon, and recently underwent remodeling efforts. That outpost is open for lunch and dinner service from 10 AM to 9 PM, staying open until 10 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.

Kei Concepts is the hospitality group behind Vox Kitchen, along with other SoCal eateries Súp Noodle Bar, Gem Dining, Nep Café, ROL Hand Roll Bar, Kin Izakaya, and INI Ristorante. The company also has several upcoming concepts in the works.
