The Starbucks in Yorba Linda’s East Lake neighborhood will be getting a facelift. According to records from the Orange County Health Care Agency, the 20605 Yorba Linda Blvd. location will be spruced up.

Plans for a remodel project were initially submitted to the county in October, but were unable to be approved. Revised plans were submitted and received two weeks ago.

Starbucks, which has over 17,000 stores in North America, announced last year that it would be renovating 1,000 of its locations. This is part of a “Reinvention” plan to have establishments be more tech-friendly

The location, which is a drive-thru Starbucks, used to be a Carl’s Jr. It’s in The Village at East Lake center, which is anchored by a Von’s grocery store and also features a CVS, a Big 5 Sporting Goods, a bank, a Dollar Tree, and numerous other retailers.
