Brea Mall Transformation Continues With More New Brands

North Orange County destination adding 9 retail and dining options to brands previously announced

Simon, a real estate investment trust engaged in the ownership of premier shopping, dining, entertainment and mixed-use destinations, announced the addition of nine more leasing commitments at Brea Mall, continuing its transformation as North Orange County and the Inland Empire’s most desirable place to shop, eat, play and live.

Alongside the brands previously announced, new offerings will be opening throughout the property, both within the mall and in its newly redeveloped multimillion-dollar project.

Brands coming to Brea Mall will include UNIQLO, offering timeless and functional clothing; Rivian, providing innovative long-range electric vehicles designed for adventure; Purificacion Garcia, which understands fashion as a universal language that adapts itself to our everyday needs in its accessories, womenswear and menswear collections; Tumi, creating world-class business and travel essentials, designed to upgrade, uncomplicate, and beautify all aspects of life on the move since 1975; The North Face, building the best gear for the outdoors, supporting the preservation of wild places, and inspiring a global movement of outdoor exploration; Alo Yoga, the premium fashion and lifestyle brand known for luxury activewear rooted in mind-body wellness; H&M, one of the world’s leading fashion retailers, offering customers fashion and quality at the best price; Chagee Tea Bar, serving up hand-crafted delicious teas with an assortment of flavor profiles to choose from; and Evereve, offering designer brands curated for moms that balances casual style with cutting-edge trends.

Additionally, Pottery Barn, which provides expertly crafted home furnishings and décor, and Lululemon, a yoga-inspired, technical athletic apparel company for yoga, running, training and+ most other sweaty pursuits, are relocating and expanding within the center.

The redevelopment features 119,000 square feet of world-class brands, eateries, entertainment destinations, along with 380 new multi-family residences. Each of these apartments will feature vibrant plaza views, coveted amenities, refined service and dedicated on-site parking that is easily accessible to both the retailer avenue and open-air green space. Brea residents and visitors will also be able to attend seasonal gatherings and events in the beautifully manicured lawn found adjacent to shops and restaurants.

Brea Mall previously announced the additions of Zara, the ultimate destination for fashion-forward individuals; Life Time, which delivers an unmatched athletic resort experience that goes well beyond fitness to encompass the entire spectrum of daily life; Din Tai Fung, a globally acclaimed culinary icon on a mission to create first-class dining experiences; and North Italia, which features crave-worthy Italian fare.
