Goodwill of Orange County is set to open a new store and donation center, its 24th location overall and the second in Costa Mesa. The store will celebrate its grand opening on Friday, August 22.

Goodwill Announces Second Store Location in Costa Mesa
Located at 2666 Harbor Blvd, in Costa Mesa, Goodwill is spread across 9,700 square feet. The 9,700-square-foot store invites shoppers to enjoy a treasure hunt for vintage fashion, stylish accessories, furniture, toys, and more.
Every purchase supports Goodwill OC’s mission to provide job training, employment placement services, and other vital community programs.
“This new store and donation center represent more than just a place to shop or donate,” said Nicole Suydam, President and CEO of Goodwill of Orange County.
“It’s a new career training ground, a source of job opportunities, and a hub for community impact. We’re proud to expand our footprint in Costa Mesa and deepen our commitment to helping individuals achieve independence through sustainable career pathways,” added Suydam.
Opening Day Offers and Donation Center
The Goodwill of Orange County will celebrate the grand opening with a ribbon-cutting event. Festivities begin at 8:45 a.m. with $5 breakfast burritos from local favorite Deli Nerds.
The brand will offer the Goodwill OC gift card to the first 50 customers in line on Friday and Saturday. The event will also offer photo opportunities, giveaways, and music. Shoppers can also enjoy a chance to win an official Pop Mart Labubu from The Monsters: Big into Energy series with any in-store purchase.
The donation center is conveniently located on the left side of the new store. The location makes it convenient for the members of the community to drop off gently used items. Proceeds from donated items will support Goodwill OC’s life-changing programs.
The new store will welcome shoppers Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 9 PM. Sunday store hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The donation center is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
