Joe Isidori, a Michelin-starred chef, is set to open Arthur & Sons Steak and Bourbon in Downtown Disney, Fox LA reports. The concept will join a packed lineup of new venues that are coming to the entertainment complex.

This eatery features prime cuts of beef, seafood, bourbon cocktails, and Italian-American classics. It will feature a bourbon-focused bar serving craft cocktails. The new steakhouse and BBQ joint will replace Tortilla Jo’s.

Isidori, Michelin-starred culinary creations, has made a name for himself through his expertise in Italian-American cuisine and as a co-founder of Black Tap Craft Burgers.

Named in honor of Isidori’s father Arthur, who was both a butcher and restaurateur, Arthur & Sons celebrates Isidori’s deep-rooted ties to New York’s Italian-American culinary culture. The space will evoke the nostalgic vibe of a 1990s Italian-American eatery, complete with a stunning entry atrium adorned with a crystal chandelier.
