With one location in Pinellas Park, Restaurateur Phong Nguyen is planning to expand is Vietnamese cuisine in Central Florida.

According to a plan review filed with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, the concept will appear at 765 N Wickham Road. Nguyen’s second location will near other eateries: Pho Cali, Jimmy John’s and Twin Oaks Bar.

According to the website, the most popular dish they serve is Pho, the Vietnamese rice noodle soup.
