Brew Theory’s brand will expand with the opening of Brew Theory Marketplace in the Apopka City Center, located at 580 East Main Street, in Summer 2023.
The new 12,000 square foot space will be home to various retail outlets. The Brew Theory space will feature a tap room, a beer garden, a full liquor bar, and both indoor and outdoor seating. Additional expansion is planned for a 50,000-square-foot production facility in Sanford, Florida next year.
Brew Theory was founded by Jeremy Roberts, who is also the founder and CEO of Orange County Brewers. Roberts and partners opened Orange County Brewers in Downtown Orlando in 2017, then expanded the concept to three locations before opening Brew Theory, Orlando’s first contract brewery.
Brew Theory offers end-to-end contact brewing with packaging and distribution services.
