According to recent reporting in OBJ, James Beard-nominated restaurateur Bob Amick of Concentrics Restaurants will soon debut Cast & Crew, a new dining destination in Daytona Beach. The restaurant will be found inside the new Renaissance Daytona Beach Oceanfront Hotel.

Reportedly, the restaurant is calling itself a “tide-to-table” establishment. The menu is being finalized by Olivier Koster, a Dutch chef who led the kitchen at Beachclub Fuel in Overveen, Netherlands, and has a “history of devising creative seafood dishes,” per the OBJ.

“He is putting the finishing touches on the Cast & Crew menu, which is not yet available to be shared, though in a prepared statement he said fresh coastal ingredients would be the foundation,” the report states.

“The restaurant will have about 125 seats indoors and another 125 outdoors, with additional spaces such as an al fresco bar, an ocean-view banquet facility beachside event lawns and pool cabanas.”

“The restaurant will serve dinner nightly, with breakfast on weekdays and brunch on weekends. Complimentary valet parking will be available, and a separate entrance will provide direct access for diners who are not guests at the hotel.”
