Founded in 2016, Frutta Bowls is an acai bowl and smoothie franchise that uses “only the freshest, ripest and most flavorful plant-based, whole-food ingredients with customizable bowls and smoothies, one of a kind toasts and protein bites.”
Since 2016, Frutta Bowls has grown to include several dozen locations, and now it’s preparing to open a new store in Lake Mary.
Opening at 3881 Lake Emma Road, Frutta Bowls will join Lake Mary Centre. It’s a retail center that houses restaurants like Fresh Kitchen, Escas Pizza, and Cheng’s, along with retailers like Academy Sports + Outdoors.
Frutta’s bowls—which come with a choice of base: acai, pitaya, greens, coconut, warm oatmeal, or Greek yogurt—include the classic Frutta (Choose your base, granola, strawberry, pineapple, kiwi, Nutella, peanut butter, honey, coconut flakes) and the Muscle Up (Choose your base, granola, chocolate whey protein powder, banana, peanut butter).
No opening date has been announced yet for the new Frutta Bowls opening at Lake Mary Centre.
