Lake Nona Wave Hotel is ready to reveal their technologically-advanced design on December 20th. The hotel exudes colorful energy, dramatic art installations, and fine dining. Upon opening, visitors can enjoy the hotel’s signature restaurant, BACÁN, described as a Taste of the Americas. The Wave recently unveiled plans and stunning photos of their next on-site dining experience, Haven Kitchen and Lounge.
Haven Kitchen will specialize in Mediterranean cuisine with a Florida twist. The dining room will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have yet to expand on the colorful Floridian flavors they’ll be providing guests with but the menu will also highlight botanically-inspired drinks.
As a whole, Lake Nona Wave Hotel leans in on artistic vibrancy and modern elegance. Current art renderings of the Haven space show the indoor/outdoor restaurant and lounge taking inspiration from tropical plants with furniture in greens, mauves, and floral prints.
Haven Lounge, the Kitchen’s evening counterpart, is described on their social media feed as, “A transformative nighttime experience that awakens every sense. Where culinary mastery, playful mixology, and sensory entertainment come to life to create an unforgettable adventure with experiences that are never the same.” The lounge features flower-petal light fixtures in a dining room of modern furniture and swanky booth seating and overlooks the hotels bright poolside.
