The growing Florida-based chain Jimmy Hula’s will be opening a new location in Melbourne, according to a recent filing with the State of Florida. The restaurant will be located at 2515 Roberts Road.

Narrating the company’s story, according to the official Jimmy Hula’s website, “In 2007 Jimmy decided it was time to sell his fast food joints and focus on what mattered to him; fresh, vibrant ingredients, sustainable products, and an atmosphere of good vibes that created a break from the norm.”

Jimmy Hula’s primarily serves beachy fare such as fish tacos, hamburgers, nachos, poke, salads, and appetizers such as fried avocado and empanadas. The restaurant also offers a brunch menu, a small selection for kids, as well as catering services.

Until the upcoming Melbourne location opens, foodies can visit the brand’s stores in Winter Park, Lake Mary, Port Orange, and other locations across the State of Florida.
