According to The Orlando Business Journal, Jeff’s Bagel Run has made changes to its leadership structure, naming one of its major investors, uBreakiFix founder Justin Wetherill, as its new president as it heads towards a nationwide expansion.

“This has been the goal from the start when I got involved last year,” Wetherill said to OBJ about franchising the bagel brand launched by husband-and-wife duo Jeff and Danielle Perera three years ago. “There are a lot of people familiar with the brand who have been looking for a way to get involved, and we’re excited to finally have a program to enable them to do that.”

“Having done franchising before and seeing the good, bad and the ugly, I think we need to be responsible franchisors, and to me that meant building a foundation, getting the team going and up to speed and getting the brand to a point where I felt like we could welcome franchisees and help them succeed,” said Wetherill of Jeff Bagel Run’s build-up to this moment.

Reportedly, more news on store openings will follow in the coming weeks.

Until then, readers can find Jeff’s Bagel Run in Ocoee, College Park and Oviedo, with Celebration, Winter Park and O-Town West locations coming soon.
