According to recent public records, a new entertainment and dining establishment is coming to Orlando’s Church St.
Set for 741 W Church St, Heatwave will be run by co-owners Kevin Varanai and Andrea Dunn. The team will be running the establishment in three sections which will include an array of offerings such as coffee and tapas.
Apart from its food program, Heatwave will also serve cocktails, beer, and wine.
What Now Orlando reached out to co-owner Kevin Varanai, but he was not immediately available for comment.
UPDATE: Co-owner tells What Now Orlando that Heatwave will be open sometime in “Spring 2025.”
