The locally-owned and operated coffee shop and breakfast restaurant Aroma’s Coffee Shop will make its debut in early October at 7268 Harmony Square Dr in the St. Cloud area, according to owner Onix Negrón. An owner of spas and salons in Central Florida, this will be Mr. Negrón’s first restaurant.

Mr. Negrón tells What Now Orlando that Aroma’s will be primarily a coffee, breakfast and brunch restaurant, featuring light meals and contemporary coffeeshop servings such as iced coffee, which Mr. Negrón hopes will draw in both local youth and older locals who may not want to continue driving to neighboring towns just for a good cup of coffee.

Spanning 3800 square feet, Aroma will feature a special VIP space for business lunches and meetings, complete with a special menu to serve larger groups. Mr. Negrón also hopes to have jazz and piano musicians play music on Fridays and Saturdays.

When asked what he looks forward to the most about opening his first restaurant, Mr. Negrón says “We’re trying to build a place that the community deserves. We want to provide a cozy, calm and peaceful place for people to have their coffee and breakfast.”
