Mystic Ice Cream continues to grow their brand fueled by peace, love, and magical frozen treats with a third location planned to open on Magnolia Avenue in Eustis.
The ice cream shop created by Owners Darrell and Lisa Day is known for their mix of classic flavors, unique combinations, and adult flavors which are inspired by popular cocktails and liqueurs.
Their menu offers over 30 flavors of frozen treats. Menu highlights include Blueberry Cheesecake, Mystic Mint, and Peanut Butter Crunch. For the grown-ups, try a Grasshopper, Kahlua Fudge, or Cherry Amaretto.
The Days operate Mystic Ice Cream locations in Fruitland Park and Leesburg, as well as a Magical Mystical Ice Cream truck that makes daily stops through various communities and residential areas.
Mystic Ice Cream offers nightly fun at their Fruitland Park shop, they’re host to Trivia Nights, Karaoke, Comedy Shows, and Live Music. No word yet if Eustis will offer live entertainment but you’re bound to find one-of-a-kind flavors of homemade ice creams. Eustis is expected to open by February 2022.
