Founded in 1977, Nature’s Table is an Orlando-born healthy food franchise with a “commitment to exceptional taste and nourishment.” The Nature’s Table located at 8427 Southpark Cir, Suite 170—one of 36 locations network-wide—will soon be getting a sister location situated very close by, at 9205 South Park Center Loop. It’s an “Express” model location that will only serve people with access in the building.
This is just one way Nature’s Table is growing since being acquired in January 2025 by Fast Fresh Brands, the parent company of Bee Healthy Cafe.
“This is part of a renewed push on menu innovation, expansion, and growth,” Fast Fresh Brands CEO Cody Pepper told What Now on Wednesday. “We currently have five new sites under development: three in Orlando, and two in Tampa.”
The menu at Nature’s Table includes Toasted Sandwiches like Chicken Tapenade (Chicken, Spinach, Swiss, Olive Tapenade, Tzatziki Sauce) and BBQ Pork & Slaw (Pulled Pork, BBQ Sauce, Slaw, Cheddar). You’ll also find smoothies like the Rain Forest Rhumba (Savor a revitalizing blend of plump raspberries, juicy blueberries, and antioxidant-rich acai, creating a vibrant and healthful smoothie bursting with flavor).
“Our menu innovation is really exciting,” Pepper says. “We’re going deep in on our craft custom drinks, and leaning heavily on protein smoothies. We always had them with Bee Healthy Cafe, and what we’re really doing is taking the best of both, bringing them together to make a super-brand.”
Nature’s Table is also rolling out a signature line of fizzy Refreshers, which are a bit like a kind of naturally sweetened and flavored sparkling water.
As Nature’s Table works to keep growing in Florida, Pepper says the company is keeping the franchisee front-and-center.
“Since the acquisition it has been all about, How do we make the franchisee the star of our show? We want to have menu items that are exciting and that also allow franchisees to make a living for their families. As a result, we’ve got two dozen commitments to open in Tampa, Orlando, and Oklahoma City. Now we’re just working on finding the right sites.”
