According to recent social media activity, the upcoming fine-dining establishment Allure is approaching its debut.
“Excitement is in the air!” the post states.
“Get ready for Allure Lounge – a place where world fusion flavors meet vibrant atmosphere. The countdown is on for a new destination to elevate your nights. Stay tuned for the grand opening !!”
Allure Orlando had in 2023 signed a 10-year lease for a 4,950-square-foot venue at 13 W. Pine St. and was approved for $125,000 in funding through the City’s Community Redevelopment Agency and its Downtown Orlando Restaurant Program.
The Downtown Orlando Restaurant Program is certain to boost Allure and other budding restaurants.
“We’re hoping this incentive helps level the playing field when restauranteurs are comparing the options they have,” said David Barilla, executive director of the Community Redevelopment Agency to The Orlando Sentinel.
“What we wanted to put together was a program that would help put together a critical mass of high-quality fine dining restaurants in downtown.”
Allure Orlando, according to the report, would be eligible for up to $75,000 in incentives for the build-out and up to $50,000 in rental assistance.
