Penelope’s Coffee is preparing to open a new café at 507 Main St. in downtown Windermere, Florida, bringing a neighborhood coffee shop concept to the area.

The business is registered as Penelope’s Coffee LLC, a Florida limited liability company established on September 22, 2025. State business records list the company as active, with Joseph Harris and Leticia Freitas named as managers.

According to local reporting, renovations at the Main Street location were nearing completion in early October 2026, with the café expected to open in fall 2026. An exact opening date had not been announced at the time of that report.

The café is expected to serve craft coffee, baked goods and other offerings. The owners have also shared plans to serve coffee from Orlando-based Lineage Coffee, with the goal of creating a welcoming neighborhood gathering place where customers can meet, take a break or enjoy a coffee.

Further details about the full menu, hours of operation and grand-opening plans have not yet been confirmed.
