Born in Rockledge and with a location now open in Port St. John, Rocket Bagels Deli & Catering is a “Local Favorite with NYC Roots.”
“Rocket Bagels was born from the vision of two New York City-trained chefs who set out to combine quality [food], exceptional service, and a lively atmosphere for the Space Coast community,” says the bagel shop’s website. “With their flagship store in Rockledge and a new location now open in Port Saint John, the deli has quickly become a favorite destination for bagel lovers across the area.”
Some changes appear to be in order in Rockledge, however. The location at 3705 Murrell Road is currently marked “Temporarily Closed” on Google Maps. Meanwhile, Rocket Space LLC has submitted plan review paperwork for “Rocket Bagels Rockledge,” which would open at 566 Barton Blvd, Suite 10.
This may represent a relocation for the Rockledge flagship. It could also just be a new Rockledge store entirely.
What Now reached out to owner Wisasha Garcia on Tuesday to ask about plans for Rocket Bagels in Rockledge. Garcia was not immediately available for comment.
