More unique and healthy eating options are coming to the Orlando area. The Minnesota-based salad and bowl brand Crisp & Green announced that it is targeting five to eight new locations in the Orlando area as well as eight to twelve new locations in the Tampa area.

The salad brand aims to make healthy food options more accessible and according to their website, believes that “nourishing your healthy lifestyle goes beyond the kitchen.” Created by founder and CEO Steele Smiley four years ago, the brand is quickly expanding. Crisp & Green now exists in eight states and has multiple stores in each state.

According to a recent press release, “The Orlando locations will be owned by a franchise-partner group,” that is not yet disclosed. We haven’t been able to reach a representative for further information on where exactly the Orlando locations will be opening, but according to our real estate intel, the new locations will begin to open in Fall of 2021 and continue into 2022.

Crisp & Green offers a variety of specialty salads as menu options as well as build-your-own options. Some of the specialty salads include “Hearts of Palm Beach” with “mixed greens, arugula, citrus shrimp, hearts of palm, tomatoes, quinoa, haricot vert, pepitas and dijon-ancho vinaigrette”, or “Thai and Stop Me” with “arugula, mixed greens, citrus shrimp, orange slices, daikon radish, napa cabbage, carrot, basil, mint, cilantro, peanuts, lime squeeze, and thai peanut dressing.”
