Hot N Juicy Crawfish is moving into the Kissimmee community this spring. They are currently undergoing construction at 5469 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in the former Rio Mexican Grille. According to executive assistant Kayla Muscari, they are hoping to open their doors in late March

Founded in Las Vegas by Tim Nguyen and Laina Vo, the couple frequently visited the city for the non-stop entertainment. According to their website, they felt something was lacking in the Las Vegas experience: “something was missing amongst all the glitz, glamour, and gambling: something that they could not live without… CRAWFISH.”

Since the first opening in 2007, the family-owned brand has expanded to 12 locations in six states, including one in Orlando off West Sand Lake Road.

Diner’s can expect menu staples such as: crawfish, king crab, snow crab, shrimp and more offered by the pound, with fixings like corn and potatoes. They also serve Two-Handed Po’ Boys and fried baskets.

A plan review filed with the state was approved with provisions on January 27, 2022.
