With a mission to “lead research and development and advance innovation in medical cannabis from seed to sale in order to significantly improve the well being and quality of life of its customers,” GUD Essence has launched its first dispensary in Clearwater, and it has several more in the works around Florida.

What Now reported last month on plans for a new GUD Essence dispensary to open in Orlando, at 9898 International Drive. As it happens, this is not the only location GUD Essence is preparing to open in Central Florida.

According to the GUD Essence website, another dispensary is also planned for Titusville, to open at 1220 S Washington Ave.

“GŪD Essence is expanding to the Space Coast,” says the dispensary’s website. “Our Titusville dispensary will bring the same commitment to quality, culture, and compassionate care that defines every GŪD Essence location.”

What Now reached out on Wednesday to CEO Jasmine Johnson to ask about plans for the GUD Essence dispensary in Titusville. Johnson was not immediately available for comment.

“I’m building more than a cannabis company,” the CEO says on her LinkedIn page. “I’m building legacy. After nearly a decade of advocacy, resilience, and strategic vision, I now lead Florida’s first fully Floridian and minority-owned Medical Marijuana Treatment Center (MMTC). GŪD ESSENCE is not just a brand — it’s a movement rooted in equity, innovation, and excellence. We’re reimagining what cannabis entrepreneurship looks like in America, starting with four flagship dispensaries and a state-of-the-art cultivation site.”
