RaceTrac, an Atlanta-based gas station and convenience store brand, is investing approximately $20.5 million to remodel 32 stores across Central Florida.
The Central Florida stores are part of a larger $63 million investment announced October 1, 2026, according to the Orlando Business Journal, covering 98 RaceTrac locations across Florida. The 32 Central Florida stores span Orange, Volusia, Osceola, Seminole, Lake, and Brevard counties. RaceTrac said the project is its largest remodel program in Florida to date, with some stores already reopened and additional locations expected to reopen through 2027.
The remodels will include upgraded store layouts, new signage, new pizza bars, and redesigned coffee stations. Each remodeled location will have a full grab-and-go pizza bar featuring handcrafted pizzas made daily in the stores. The coffee stations will offer six blends of Crazy Good Coffee, while select locations will also receive an expanded Swirl World frozen yogurt bar.
In Orange County, the locations include 6793 E. Colonial Drive, 6001 S. John Young Pkwy., 4751 Sand Lake Rd., 15570 SR 535, 12220 Narcoossee Rd., 11801 University Blvd., 10315 Curry Ford Rd., 4375 Central Florida Pkwy., and 350 W. Sand Lake Rd. Additional Orange County locations include 700 S. Orange Blossom Trail and 1652 E. Semoran Blvd. in Apopka, as well as 10751 W. Colonial Drive in Ocoee.
The remaining Central Florida stores include six in Volusia County, five in Osceola County, three in Seminole County, three in Lake County, and three in Brevard County. The Volusia County locations are in Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, and Deltona, while the Osceola County locations are all in Kissimmee. Seminole County locations are in Oviedo and Sanford, Lake County locations are in Clermont and Groveland, and Brevard County locations are in West Melbourne, Melbourne, and Merritt Island.
RaceTrac said the remodel program is part of its strategy to make its stores food destinations by bringing fuel, fresh food, and everyday essentials together in one stop. Most stores will remain open during construction. The company said Florida is a primary area of investment, with more than 300 RaceTrac stores across the state, and plans for additional remodeling projects in other Florida markets.
