Chick-fil-A will open its new Mesa location on August 28, 2025, at 6 a.m., marking the brand’s continued growth in the Phoenix area. The restaurant, located at 4512 S. Ellsworth, Mesa, Arizona, will be operated by Joshua Lindsey, the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Ellsworth & Warner. This location marks Lindsey’s second restaurant in Mesa.

New Chick-fil-A Opening in Mesa
Chick-fil-A, celebrated for its hospitality, fresh ingredients, and distinctive franchise model, continues to expand its footprint in the Mesa area. TThe Mesa location will be open Monday through Saturday, 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, delivery, catering, and Mobile Ordering options.
In the new Chick-fil-A Ellsworth & Warner, customers will enjoy all of the Chick-fil-A favorites, including the chicken sandwich made with real chicken breast and fresh produce. Additionally, the menu features more options from breakfast to dinner, such as the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Spicy Chicken Biscuit, Egg White Grill, Hash Brown Scramble Burrito, and Hash Brown Scramble Bowl.
Grand Opening Celebration and Unique Promotions
For its opening day, customers dressed as cows or cow-spotted accessories can avail themselves of the unique and exclusive offer of a free entrée or a kid’s meal.
The offer includes:
- Breakfast options – Chick-fil-A® Chicken Biscuit, Egg White Grill, or 4-ct Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Minis.
- For Lunch/ Dinner options – there are Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, 8-ct Chick-fil-A® Nuggets, 8-ct Grilled Nuggets, or 5-ct Nugget Kid’s Meal.
The promotion is limited to one cow-costumed customer per day, and no purchase is necessary.

Joshua Lindsey has also served as the Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Gilbert Gateway since 2013 and will continue managing both Mesa locations.

Outside of training me to understand the business aspect, he showcased what it means to put people first. Many of our Team Members at Chick-fil-A Ellsworth & Warner are teenagers and are at a pivotal point in their lives. Giving Back to the Community
To celebrate and honor the new location’s opening, the restaurant plans to donate $25,000 to United Food Bank.
The restaurant is participating in Chick-fil-A’s Shared Table program, which donates surplus food to local nonprofits and contributes to over 35 million meals nationwide.
