Fleet Coffee, a casual Texas-based coffee shop with two locations, is expanding into the Arizona market with a new site coming to Phoenix at 811 N. 3rd St.

The company’s third location will move into Phoenix’s Roosevelt Row in Summer 2023, according to the company’s website. Owner Patrick Pierce tells What Now Phoenix the new site will be the first to feature a cocktail program. The company recently applied for a liquor license and expects to serve around 5-8 cocktails. Pierce also tells What Now Phoenix that the new Fleet Coffee will feature a small food program and offer light snacks such as toast and sandwiches.

When the new coffee shop opens this summer, it will sit on the ground floor of the new 24-story, 326-unit project called Moontown PHX. This will be a perfect location for the company’s debut, seated in the heart of Downtown Phoenix near several tourist attractions. While the brand will have to compete with several coffee shops nearby, they’re hoping their line of coffee roasters, including Proud Mary, Parlor Coffee, Dune, and Sweet Bloom, will be enough to win the competition over.

Fleet Coffee has two locations in Austin, both offering bright and welcoming spaces for anyone to enjoy a cup of coffee. The company recently introduced a seasonal menu at both locations. Some new menu items include the Oreo ritual: espresso combined with our Oreo infused milk; London Fog: Earl grey tea mixed with our juniper vanilla syrup and steamed milk; Peppermint Patty: latte with house-made chocolate sauce + peppermint syrup; and the Olla latte: a traditional Mexican coffee beverage with cinnamon, star anise, and clove.
