BoSa Donuts, a local chain in Arizona known for its classic, no-frills approach to donut-making, is getting ready to open a new location in the heart of Mesa.

With over 50 locations across the Phoenix metropolitan area, BoSa has become a staple for donut enthusiasts seeking quality and consistency, and its plans for expanding throughout the Valley aren’t slowing down yet. The company was recently announced as a new tenant coming to Cannon Beach, a premier destination fusing lifestyle and adrenaline, according to InBusinessPHX.

The company’s newest location is set to open sometime next year, along with a handful of other recently announced tenants, such as 4Ever Young, DZO BBQ, La Taqueria Factory, Schlotzsky’s Deli, Cinnabon, Peach Cobbler Factory, The Yard Milkshake Bar, Buena Papa, Wetzel’s Pretzels, George’s Sports Bar, Nautical Bowls, LV11 Entertainment, KTR, Mini City, Breakthrough, and more.

“Cannon Beach has been in the works for a long time, and it’s incredible to see it finally come to life,” said Cole Cannon, co-founder and developer of Cannon Beach. “It’s not just about bringing the beach to the desert, it’s about bringing people together. These tenants are the heartbeat of this space, offering something for everyone and setting the tone for what’s still to come.”

Adam Saks, COO at Connon Beach, tells What Now Phoenix that most of these tenants will be owned and operated independently by each company. However, LV11 Entertainment will be part of Cannon Enterprises, offering a range of entertainment options, including an on-site movie theater. Looking ahead, the Cannon Beach team is also planning two hotel developments.

Cannon Beach already features a diverse mix of tenants, including Moku Hawaiian Grill, The Fresh Monkee Smoothies, Hooligan’s Coffee House, and High5Nails. Additional businesses include Boba Time, Ananda Aveda Salon, Two Hands Corn Dogs, Guru Indian Cuisine, Live IV Hydration, and Russo’s Italian Kitchen, making it a well-rounded destination for food, drinks, and personal care services.

BoSa Donuts’ new Mesa location will offer a menu featuring a variety of classic donuts, including glazed, chocolate, maple bar, and apple fritter options. Customers can also enjoy breakfast and lunch sandwiches, such as bacon, egg, and cheese, as well as ham and cheese croissants. Additionally, the shop will serve fresh fruit smoothies, hot and iced coffee, and boba tea.
