BoSa Kobe Hot Pot, a Tempe-based hot pot concept that is the sister concept of BoSa Donuts, is getting ready to open a new location in North Scottsdale at 14740 N Northsight Blvd.

The company’s second location is set to move into the former home of The Boozy in Scottsdale Quarter on the northeast corner of Scottsdale and Butherus, according to an announcement on social media. It’s unclear when co-owners Jackson Chao and Sovanna Srey will open this new BoSa Kobe Hot Pot, but customers can expect delicious hot pot with homemade broth, plus a variety of small bites, desserts, drinks, and more.

BoSa Kobe Hot Pot offers a warm and inclusive atmosphere, perfect for gatherings of any size. The restaurant’s modern and relaxed vibe invites everyone to unwind and enjoy delicious hot pot dishes made with fresh ingredients and bold flavors. The owners carefully select all meats and seasonal vegetables to enhance your dining experience. Additionally, BoSa Kobe Hot Pot offers a curated selection of alcoholic beverages to complement the rich flavors of the broths.

Previously, What Now Phoenix reported that BoSa Donuts owner Jackson Chao recently partnered with his cousin to open BoSa Kobe Hot Pot in Tempe near the Arizona State University at 414 W. University Drive, suite #101, near Seventh Street. At the time, the duo said they “plan to expand more restaurants” following the recent opening but have yet to disclose where or what they plan to open. Now it’s become clear where they will expand for the first time.
