Flower Child might have a new location in the works for Chandler. City public records indicate that tenant improvements are under review for 7131 W. Ray Road, possibly at The Shoppes at Casa Paloma on the southwest corner of Ray Road and 54th Street.

The tenant improvements are significant, entailing a full buildout “of a new health food restaurant with alcohol” attributed to a business named “Flower Child.” Flower Child specializes in “Healthy Food for a Happy World,” serving a menu that supports sugar-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free diets without compromising flavor.

There are currently Flower Child restaurants in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Gilbert, plus one that is coming soon to Tucson. From fresh salads and bowls, to customizable entrees, there is something to suit any diner, whether they’re vegan, vegetarian, paleo, or simply just hungry. They also serve local beers, wines and sangria.

Flower Child comes from Fox Restaurant Concepts which also operates eateries such as Doughbird, Blanco, Wildflower, and more. Representatives for Fox Restaurant Concepts declined to comment on our findings. We will post an update if we come across additional information.
