Einstein Bros. Bagels is working on opening a new store in Queen Creek. What Now Phoenix has obtained public records showing that construction is underway at 21202 S. Ellsworth Loop Road at Queen Creek Marketplace, who note that the bagel and coffee shop is coming soon.
Einstein Bros. Bagels is the nation’s neighborhood bagel shop. Serving more than 20 varieties of bagels that are baked fresh every day, along with several different types of shmear, Einstein Bros. Bagels is a popular option for on-the-go breakfast and lunch.
They also have specialty breakfast and lunch sandwiches, pastries, and a sizable menu of coffee beverages. The brand originated in Colorado in 1995 by Boston Chicken (which today is known as Boston Market) as a way to market breakfast food.
Throughout the next several years, it acquired many local bagel chains throughout the country which has lent itself to the brand’s vast expansion. Today, it is merged with Panera Bread and Caribou Coffee to form Panera Brands.
