Emberance plans to open in late fall 2026 at Hilton Phoenix Resort at The Peak, at 7667 N. 16th Street, according to a press release shared with What Now Phoenix.
The restaurant will occupy a freestanding, 7,366-square-foot building and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. An exact opening date has not been set.
Chef Mireya Ryan will head the kitchen. She has 13 years of experience in luxury hospitality and fine dining, including culinary leadership roles in Phoenix and San Diego. Most recently, she worked as executive sous chef at T. Cook’s at Royal Palms Resort and Spa.
The menu will take inspiration from the Sonoran Desert and feature ingredients from Arizona growers and producers. A robata grill will be central to the kitchen’s live-fire cooking. The bar will offer cocktails and wine.
“We’ve created an intimate, relaxed dining room made for memorable experiences, where the food and hospitality capture the spirit of the Southwest,” Julia Najafi, vice president and principal of Pivotal Group, said in the release.
A central bar will seat 22 guests. Outside, two terraces will have seating around fire pits, with views of Piestewa Peak and the resort pool. A private dining room will accommodate dinners, events, and celebrations.
Before opening, the team will offer a preview at Arizona Taco Fest, scheduled for October 17 and 18 at Salt River Fields. Attendees will be able to sample the food and meet Chef Mireya Ryan and other members of the restaurant’s team.
