After recently announcing plans to relocate Haymaker in Peoria, Westside Concepts has decided to fill the space with a new concept called Four Corners Taphouse at 24762 N Lake Pleasant Pkwy.

Previously, What Now Phoenix reported on the restaurant group’s decision to open a new Haymaker in Buckeye while relocating an existing location in Peoria across the street to 24759 N. Lake Pleasant Parkway. Both are expected to open sometime next month. Now, it’s a little clearer what will replace the original Haymaker in Peoria. Owner Joey Lucidi tells What Now Phoenix that Westside Concepts plans to introduce Four Corners Taphouse in the space, opening in late January or early February.

This is a massive accomplishment for Westside Concepts, first reported by UpperWestSidePHX on Instagram. The group has enlisted Social Design Studio to help design the space, and the rendering suggests a clean-cut sports bar and restaurant with several TVs surrounding it, making it an excellent spot to watch any sporting event. Four Corners Taphouse will also serve a variety of bar bites and have plenty of beers on tap, as well as wine and other cocktails.

If Four Corners Taphouse is anything like Westside Concepts’ other restaurants, residents and visitors of Peoria will have a lot to look forward to. Other concepts under the group’s umbrella of eateries include NW Coffee, Maple & Rye, Cantina Gueros, and Copper & Sage, which recently opened a second location in Goodyear. Westside Concepts is also responsible for Fire House Event Center, a rustic venue perfect for weddings, corporate events, and other gatherings. Four Corners Taphouse will surely follow in the footsteps of these different concepts, offering world-class service and delicious food and drinks in a welcoming, sports-filled environment.
