Green Chile Love, a food truck in Phoenix, is preparing to officially open its first physical location at 4025 E Chandler Blvd, Suite 5.

The company’s first storefront will move into the former home of Taco H in the Plaza at Mountainside, according to the company’s recent announcement made on social media. Green Chile Love will open on March 4, 2025. This is a massive achievement for the company, led by co-owners Dave and Michelle Castaneda. The husband-and-wife duo will offer their delicious chile-based cuisine in their neighborhood of Ahwatukee, a suburb of Phoenix.

When Green Chile Love opens in a little over a month, customers can expect a variety of dishes, including a Mexican hamburger, green chile double smash burgers, burritos that can be smothered, bowls, stacked enchiladas, quesadillas, and more. While there are plenty of options, the hatch green chiles come in either mild, hot, or half and half, are the star of the show, and are featured in almost every dish. Green Chile Love will offer breakfast all day, with their breakfast burritos, bowls, huevos rancheros, and an expanded lunch/dinner menu.

“Since we first hit the road with our food truck in March 2019, the love and support from everyone have been nothing short of incredible,” according to the company’s announcement made on social media. “As longtime Ahwatukee residents, this milestone means so much to us. We can’t wait to welcome you into a space where you can enjoy your favorite dishes featuring our Green and Red Chile from Hatch, NM, and experience new menu creations made with the same heart and tradition. We will be keeping all our food truck menu and adding some additional traditional recipes.” Their food truck calendar can be found at greenchilelove.com, and they have some upcoming public stops.”
