Chef Dom Ruggiero, who opened Scottsdale’s Hush Public House and Vanilla Gorilla, is working on his third concept this year. Fire at Will will take over the former Little Cay space at 4912 E. Shea Blvd. and will open by November, PHOENIX Magazine reports

Referring both to Ruggiero’s military background and a term chefs use to mean “start cooking that dish,” Fire at Will is going to have an American menu influenced by Spain, Italy, and the Middle East. Similar to Hush, the new restaurant will also offer shareable plates and the signature Hush burger.

For drinks, a cocktail program will be headed by Mitch Lyons and Libby Lingua of Two Hands Consulting, and there will also be six local craft brews on tap curated by Todd Oltmann. The bar itself will be 18-feet long and made of concrete, guarding an open kitchen and surrounded by communal tables and banquettes.

Fire at Will plans to be open for dinner at first, but later on will open for lunch seven days a week in the hopes of becoming a go-to spot for locals. For updates, follow @fire_at_will_az on Instagram.
