La La Land Kind Cafe is preparing to grow its Arizona footprint once again. According to a recent social media post from Arizona realtor Megan Schaffer, several major brands are expected to join the area surrounding SanTan Village in Gilbert, including La La Land Kind Cafe.
Founded by CEO Francois Reihani, La La Land Kind Cafe has steadily expanded beyond its Dallas roots into markets including Houston, Los Angeles, Nashville, and Arizona. The company currently operates two Arizona cafés, located at Kierland Commons in Scottsdale and near 44th Street and Camelback in Phoenix.
The Dallas-born coffee concept has built a following for its design-forward spaces, coffee offerings, and mission-driven approach.
According to the company, La La Land was created to “bring more yellow into the world,” using hospitality, design, and human connection to create what it describes as a welcoming and uplifting environment.
The concept’s signature white interiors accented with yellow details are intended to evoke warmth, optimism, and what the brand calls a shared space where “everyone belongs.”
On the menu, guests can expect espresso drinks, matcha beverages, signature lattes, and open-faced toasts with both sweet and savory options.
Popular offerings have included drinks such as the Strawberry Fields, made with strawberry, beetroot, organic matcha, and milk, alongside the Banana Cloud latte, featuring fresh banana, vanilla bean, and the brand’s signature banana foam topping.
With approximately 30 locations nationwide, La La Land Kind Cafe continues to expand its presence while maintaining the hospitality-centered philosophy that helped establish the brand.
Whatnow Phoenix has reached out to La La Land regarding the reported Gilbert expansion and will update this story as additional information becomes available.
