Chef Sheila Bryson is preparing to open another concept this fall with the debut of Little Scoops, an old-fashioned ice cream parlor at 8700 E. Pinnacle Peak Rd., Suite 106, in North Scottsdale.

The new shop will operate next to Little Snitch, a breakfast and lunch café from Bryson’s Soul Hospitality Group that is known for its bakery counter, walk-up coffee window, and full bar. According to information shared with What Now Phoenix by the restaurant group’s team, the two concepts will be connected.

Little Scoops is expected to open around the same time as the reimagined ALMA Scottsdale, marking the latest addition to Bryson’s lineup of concepts, which also includes Soul Café, Vic & Ola’s, and Pescada

The concept is being designed as a casual, counter-service ice cream parlor inspired by classic neighborhood scoop shops. Guests can expect unique ice cream offerings and the same friendly hospitality that has become a hallmark of Little Snitch.

Little Scoops will stay open later into the evening, giving guests another dessert option in North Scottsdale after dinner, drinks, or an evening visit to the neighboring restaurants.

The team is still finalizing details about the concept. Additional information, including the full menu and opening date, is expected to be announced closer to the debut.
